Once the drawings and samples are approved I go to work in the studio. Using the auto CAD drawings printed in full scale, they become the templates to work off of. This insures accuracy and precision in the final piece of work. I then take the raw materials, cut them, and prepare them for forging. I use an industrial forging hammer to forge the basic shape, then go to the anvil and hand hammer to refine the piece to its final shape. Then the bending, fitting, fastening, and welding take place. When the metal working and clean up is done, I provide the proper finishing to not only beautify it with a patina, but also to withstand its environment. Once your project is nearing completion, I will contact you to schedule for installation or delivery. It is my mission for you to be completely satisfied with your one-of-a-kind piece of iron artwork, not only after the installation, but for many years to come.
